Limits of the Welcome coupon code:
The coupon code can only be used once per customer. We cannot apply the coupon code retroactively. If you have any issues with the code, please reach out by email BEFORE you checkout. The coupon code does not apply to any exchange items.
Return Policy for Regular Priced items
Joli-Glo maternité inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the following conditions are not met:
1) Refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase with packing slip included, on full priced items. There is a $7 flat rate shipping for all returns.
2) Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, free from odours, stains, and pet fur.
Refunds will be given in the same payment the purchase was made within 2 weeks (14 days, including weekends) of date of purchase. Shipping costs are NOT refunded.
If you are between 15-30 days past the date of purchase or do not have the original form of payment, a store credit gift card will be given.
No refunds or credits will be given after 30 days from date of purchase.
If there are unforseen circumstances with longer than normal shipping times, the refund date may be extended, at the discretion of Joli-Glo maternity. These exceptions will be on a case by case basis. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance
Items on sale are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not include full priced items purchased with an instant savings discount, those items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days (at the cost paid with the savings discount).

Personal items are final sale
For health reasons, all undergarments including bras, bathing suits, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned. All skincare products, pillows, pacifiers and teethers are also not returnable or exchangable.
Although we inspect all mechandise before it gets shipped to you, we may miss a defect in manufacturing.
Please be sure to advise us within 14 days if there are any such issues. We will ensure to try to replace or exchange these items for you, or credit you back as per specified above.
When returning items from an online purchase
Please help to send back items to your nearest Canada Post location, promptly after printing the return label.
Please note the $5 flat rate shipping to return items. This is to be paid at Canada Post when dropping of your goods to be returned.
If an item just isn't fitting quite right and you would like to exchange for a different style or size, please e-mail us at: email@example.com. We will be happy to send you your new item, at our expense, once we recieve the original one back. (Please note you will be charged the $5 flat rate shipping to return the original goods).
